Transformation Towards a Sustainable Society
18th Quality Congress
Transformation Towards a Sustainable Society
“Business not as usual”
Economic downturn and climate change threatens the sustainability of our society so severely that has never been witnessed previously. We can create solutions to these global problems only at global level together with International organizations, nation states, non-governmental organizations, and responsible individuals.
KalDer (Turkish Society for Quality) has the mission to help organizations achieve sustainable results with systemic and integrated practices, hence aims to discuss approaches that would let us anticipate the paradigm shifts that would trigger the short and medium term transformations, and possible set of new rules, and also implication of these changes on the organizations and people.
Throughout the congress, we will be seeking for answers to the following fundamental and vital questions:
- What would be the direction and shape of transformation?
- How would the new rules and regulations be shaped?
- How would this transformation change the institutions, enterprises, and people?
- Can we reengineer a crisis-free world with effective risk management?
- How would the organizations start working to become more flexible, agile and resilient today in order to get prepared to a transformed society?
KalDer Quality Congresses since 1992
Quality Congresses, with the different themes chosen for each year and it’s approximately 3.000 participants, are recognized as the leading congresses for professional updates on the contemporary management quality issues & questions. The aim of Quality Congresses, where quality and management professionals meet with outstanding experts in all areas of management quality, is to search for best fit answers and to reach current conclusions to the ongoing debates in the field. The program at these Congresses provides an effective forum for discussing and debating also by allowing time for speaker-audience discussions.
The most important contribution to the Quality Congress come from the depth of the knowledge and experience of its distinguished speakers in the process of creating common wisdom, producing knowledge and building a vision for a better future and a sustainable world. Your participation as a active audience in the session relevant to your expertise, sharing your views with participants coming from different parts of the world, play a very important role in the success of the congress.
